The 4-LAKES GUIDE ASSOCIATION was formed to benefit you, the angler. Beginners, advanced or expert fishermen can take advantage of the over 75 years of combined guiding experience that is shared between members of the association. As professional guides, we are in daily contact with each other. We share information on fish location, presentations, lures, and bait necessary for a successful and production fishing trip.
From open water to ice, game fish to panfish, we have the knowledge and experience to provide a quality fishing experience. We are experts on the Madison Chain of Lakes as well as a wide variety of lakes and rivers in the region. We take pride in teaching our clients to fish and providing extra attention to children, the disabled, and the elderly.
WALLY BANFI: Wally specializes in Muskie, Bass, Walleye and Panfish. A native of Madison, Wally has over 25 years experience fishing the Madison Chain and is a co-host of the popular Outdoor Horizons radio show. Ron Barefield: Ron specializes in fishing southern
Wisconsin rivers and lakes, with over 30 years on the Wisconsin River from Muscoda to the Petenwell Flowage. He fishes for a wide variety of fish from Bass, Walleye, Northern and Musky, to panfish and even catfish. He is a full time guide, booking dates year round for fishing excursions.
