What’s Ahead for the Open-Pit Mining Bill?
The bill’s fate will be decided by members of the state Senate
. At this point, we can’t be sure whether Senators will vote on the Assembly version of the bill (AB 426) or if they will be writing entirely new legislation. What we do know is that the time to act is now! We need your help to convince Senators to vote NO on the open-pit mining bill!WLCV Group
