Michigan Mentored Youth License a One Stop Shop for Deer Hunting

earlydoeThe Michigan Mentored Youth License is intended to be a one-stop-shop for youth under age 10 for all of their hunting, fishing and trapping needs. For just $7.50, a mentored youth gets a package license to hunt small game, waterfowl, turkey and deer; trap furbearers, and fish for all species. What a deal!Yet, still it seems that people can’t believe that it really is that easy! MUCC commonly gets questions about the deer licenses and rules for mentored youth, so here are some clarifying answers:

MUCC Will Present at NRA Days at Cabela’s in Dundee

gun racks-thumbOn September 14-15, the public can attend several seminars presented by MUCC and other organizations and individuals related to firearms, concealed pistol licenses, personal protection, hunting regulations, and related legislation at NRA Days at the Cabela’s in Dundee, MI.This weekends’ information will also qualify for refresher materials for those renewing CPL’s, though discussions will be beneficial for all attendees.
