House Natural Resources, Tourism Committees Announced

Michigan CapitolLast week, the new committees on Natural Resources and Tourism and Outdoor Recreation (now 2 separate committees) were announced for the House of Representatives. Rep. Andrea LaFontaine (R – Columbus Twp) will chair the House Committee on Natural Resources and Rep. Peter Pettalia (R – Presque Isle) will chair the House Committee on Tourism. Fill Out Your 2012 Michigan Deer Harvest Survey

Brian Frawley--The Survey GuyThe little blue surveys have gone out and a lucky 50,000 or so hunters have been asked to provide detailed information about their 2012 deer hunting season in Michigan. Three even luckier hunters that fill out this mail survey and return it to the DNR by Feb. 15 will be eligible to win a shotgun, muzzleloader, or bow donated by the Safari Club International Michigan Involvement Committee.
