Legislation Removing Pennsylvania’s Sunday Hunting Ban Introduced

A bill introduced yesterday by Representative John Evans (R- Edinboro) would remove Pennsylvania’s long standing prohibition on Sunday hunting. The measure, House Bill 1760, will transfer the authority to regulate Sunday hunting from the Legislature to the Game Commission.

Multiple pieces of legislation have been introduced in Delaware this year that restrict the rights of dog owners and put Delaware sporting dog owners in the crosshairs.

Oops, They Got it Right

Just when you thought the Humane Society was 100% wrong, 100% of the time, you discover otherwise. The anti-hunting group’s guidelines for buying a puppy on its website include: “selecting a breeder that specializes in a specific breed. Good breeders may also compete the dogs in conformation trials, obedience trials, or tracking and agility trials.”
