What a Coho season we have had. Almost 3/4 of the trips in late May and June were limit catches. We even caught a few Kings. Congratulations to Tina Kufeldt who landed a 15 pound Lake Trout on her first trip on Lake Michigan. The biggest fish so far.
July is coming and so are the King Salmon. The DNR reports indicate that the fantastic salmon fishing should continue. Huge schools consisting of millions of Alewives are stacked up along the deep water structure. Can the monster Kings be far behind.
