 USSA Director Testifies Before Congress

With growing concerns at the federal level about the backlog of maintenance problems within the National Wildlife Refuge system, the United States Congress summoned select experts to testify today in search of solutions to the problem. Those giving expert testimony included Bill Horn, the USSA’s director of federal affairs.

 New York and Massachusetts Bills Create Unnecessary No Hunting Zones Bills in New York and Massachusetts would arbitrarily decrease land open for hunting.

 New Jersey Bill Looks to Expand Sunday Hunting

Assembly Bill 4071, introduced by Assemblyman John J Burzichelli (D- Paulsboro), would allow hunting with firearms for deer on Sundays on private property.
