ASHBURN, Va., March 4, 2011 – The National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) today announced that Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Interior, Ken Salazar, will speak at the 2011 Legislative Forum on Parks and Recreation at the Grand Hyatt, Washington, D.C., on March 16, at 6:45 p.m. Secretary Salazar will address Legislative Forum attendees representing 150 park and recreation agencies from 41 states.
