A seventy eight percent increase in harvest from yesterday to today! Nine fish yesterday - 16 fish today; 1 fish over 100 lbs. We need 179 more adult females to pop the 90% system-wide closure trigger. This season will undoubtedly last the full 16 days so barring some miraculous rush of fish registration the next two days, the season should run through 12:30 PM Sunday February 27.
Largest fish of the day was 113.6 lb, 71.5″ F1 registered at Stockbridge Station by Robert Schmitz of Chilton.
