Share Your Thoughts with Senator Feingold on Global Warming

Share your thoughts with Senator Feingold on Global Warming!Wisconsin and the entire U.S. rely too heavily on coal and oil to power our economy. That dependence is now a threat to our future. With America’s current economic condition, neither Wisconsin nor the country can afford to rely on the status quo.
Right now, the United States has an opportunity to do its part to curb global warming and create good green jobs for American workers. Already, Congress has passed a bill that would do just that. Now, it’s time for the Senate to do the same.
Senator Feingold needs to hear from you. He needs to know that global warming is an important issue to you, your family, and all of Wisconsin; so that he has the support he needs to make a difference back in Washington.
Senator Feingold is holding listening sessions in your area in the next few weeks. These opportunities to meet with him face-to-face will be a great chance to show your support for an energy bill that curbs global warming and creates green jobs. Please attend your county’s listening session and ask Senator Feingold to support a comprehensive clean energy bill that includes:
* Capping the amount of carbon pollution in the United States that causes Global Warming
* Invests in clean energy sources such as wind and solar
* Creates millions of clean energy jobs right here in America
* Cuts our dependence on foreign oil
