Another “Great” Winter Day! 12-29-09

I woke up this morning to the surprise of having my pipes frozen. My older river home was not built for the winter and over the years I’ve done whatever I can. But, sometimes it doesn’t always work… The electrical cord to my heater in my pump house was bad and the heater wasn’t running and it was below zero last night.
Spring Green’s Bob Wanamacher came and saved the day. But, I didn’t get out ice fishing. Hopefully, I will tomorrow. There’s a cold blast coming that should really make ice. I’ll have a few more posts today.
