  This week on Outdoor Horizons Radio, Tony Puccio talks about his recent trip to Lake Erie. The walleye fishing was not good, but the jumbo perch were biting near the Canadian border. Wally Banfi gives the latest fishing report for muskies on the Madison Lakes and the good walleye fishing on Lake Wisconsin. Gary Engberg talks about the many different hunting seasons that are open and what the prospects are for the pheasant hunter.

The interview this week is with Geoff Crandell, an avid muskie angler and Board Member of the local chapter of Muskies Inc.Muskie Crandell small Geoff is a row troller having built his own boat. Geoff and Gary were both at the DNR’s release last week of 500 Leech Lake strain muskies into the Madison lakes and what the future looks like for the muskie fisherman.
