River Currents

This past week, I’ve been regularly fishing the Wisconsin River and despite the continued low water the fish have been active and willing to bite. The key this time of year, when water is very warm and oxygen levels low, is to look for the deepest water that you can find that has flowing current. The deeper water will be cooler and the moving water will oxygenate the water. Continue Reading »
